Baggage Allowance

Cabin baggage: easyJet permits each passenger to carry one small under-seat cabin bag measuring up to 45×36×20 cm and weighing no more than 15 kg at no additional cost. Passengers may also book a large cabin bag, up to 56×45×25 cm and 15 kg, which includes Speedy Boarding.

easyJet Plus members and FLEXI fare holders are entitled to an additional large cabin bag.

Hold luggage: Each customer can purchase up to three bags, each weighing up to 23 kg, with the option to add weight in 3 kg increments up to 32 kg. Families or groups can pool their weight allowances, provided no single bag exceeds 32 kg and total dimensions remain under 275 cm. Online purchases are encouraged to avoid extra fees.

Flight Club Programme

easyJet’s Flight Club is an exclusive loyalty programme for its most frequent travellers, available by invitation only. Members benefit from fee-free changes, allowing unlimited adjustments to travel dates and routes by paying a fare difference between the original fare and the new flight.

The programme also offers a Price Guarantee, refunding the difference if a cheaper equivalent flight is found within 48 hours. Flight Club ensures members receive the best fares through the Price Promise. Additionally, passengers also receive early access to schedule seat releases and sales.

Benefits extend to family and friends on the same booking. Members access their privileges by contacting the dedicated Flight Club support team with their membership number.

Check-in

easyJet provides a streamlined online check-in process accessible via their website or mobile app using a booking reference. Passengers can check in from 30 days up to 2 hours before departure, downloading or printing boarding passes. A confirmation of the passport or ID and contact details are also required.

Boarding passes should be stored in the easyJet app or printed clearly, as PDF scans are not accepted by airport security. Any booking changes require re-check-in and printing a new boarding pass. For technical issues, passengers should retry or seek assistance from ground staff before the bag drop closes.

Onboard Support

easyJet prioritizes boarding for passengers needing Special Assistance, followed by Speedy Boarding customers, families with children under five, and all other travelers. The airline is committed to ensuring a comfortable journey for all, encouraging passengers with disabilities or reduced mobility to request necessary support at least 48 hours before departure.

Passengers can request assistance during booking, through your Manage Bookings account or by contacting the airline’s multilingual assistance team.

The available assistance includes wheelchair support, help for hearing or vision impairments, and provision for assistance dogs on eligible routes. easyJet also accommodates medical equipment and offers guidance on oxygen use onboard.

Refund & Cancellation

EasyJet tickets are non-refundable to maintain low fares, but passengers can amend bookings via Manage Bookings using their email and password.

Changes include updating names, flight details, and seats, and adding services, with name corrections are free of charge. Online modifications are more cost-effective, and cancellations within 24 hours receive a refund minus a fee.

Government tax refunds are available for unused flights.

In cases of serious illness or bereavement, EasyJet offers additional support by allowing flight changes or refunds upon providing necessary documentation. The airline advises obtaining travel insurance for unforeseen circumstances.
